Join Walking Whale Flower Farm at Company Wine Bar for a casual, loosely facilitated workshop to sip on a beverage and learn how to curate a gorgeous vase arrangement from locally grown flowers!

We have TWO dates available for tickets: Thursday 9/17 and Thursday 9/24.

9/24 Sip and Arrange Workshop

Join us for a casual sip and arrange floral workshop!

We will be meeting on Thursday, 9/24 at Company Wine Bar (916 SE 34th Ave Ste B) at from 5:30-7 PM in their outdoor space. Each ticket includes enough stems for an abundant vase arrangement. Participants will be able to purchase their own beverages onsite.

We will walk through all our different seasonal blooms, discuss color theory, and show the basics of floral design. After that, participants will be free to select their own flowers and get creative!

Please bring your own vase and gloves if you have sensitivities. If you have any accommodation needs, please reach out before registering. We are able to accommodate a limited amount of cat-safe arrangements upon request.

Refunds will be available up to 7 days before the event.

Come spend an evening playing with flowers and sipping on a bevy!

During this workshop, we’ll walk you through color palettes, balancing focals with filler and foliage, and our favorite techniques for vase arranging. You’ll get to pick all your own florals and get support learning how to arrange them in the vase.

Drinks are not included with your ticket, but will be available to purchase from Company Wine Bar during the event.

Tickets include:

  • Enough locally grown, no-spray stems for a large vase arrangement.

  • Tools to use during the workshop (clippers and buckets).

  • Good vibes :)

What you should bring:

  • Your own vase (if you prefer to make a hand-tied bouquet, no vase is needed!)

  • Gloves, if preferred (some stems can be irritating to the skin)

We have two dates available for tickets: Thursday 9/17 and Thursday 9/24. Both dates are from 5-7:30 PM. Please be mindful of which date you’re registering for!
